Request data deletion

At Nimbus, we respect your privacy and give you the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. When you submit a deletion request, your account information, profile details, learning progress, activity logs, and any personally identifiable data will be permanently deleted. Certain information such as transaction records, billing receipts, and compliance logs may be retained for up to 1 year (or longer if required by applicable tax or legal regulations) before being securely deleted. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all saved data, learning progress, and content associated with your account.
